What we practise
- Semantic HTML landmarks — header, nav, main, footer — with a single H1 per page.
- Full keyboard navigation with visible focus states across all interactive elements.
- Readable typography, generous line-height, and colour contrast targeting WCAG AA.
- Meaningful alternative text on informative images; decorative visuals marked as such.
- Accessible forms with labels, inline error messages and screen-reader announcements.
- Respect for the prefers-reduced-motion setting; no auto-playing motion or media.
- Responsive layouts that scale to 200% browser zoom without loss of content.
- Touch targets sized to be usable on mobile and by users with limited dexterity.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is a continuous practice, not a one-time milestone. We do not claim formal certification. We test with real users and assistive technology where possible, and we welcome reports from anyone who encounters a barrier.
